Fitting Fee & Refund Policy

All fitting appointments require a non-refundable fitting fee. The fitting fee is not deductible from the rental fee and will not be refunded in cases of cancellation, no-show, or late arrival.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Fitting fees are non-refundable once an appointment has been booked. If you cancel your appointment or fail to attend your scheduled fitting, the fitting fee will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may have limited fitting time or may no longer be accommodated, depending on the day's schedule. The fitting fee remains non-refundable.

Rebooking

Need to reschedule? No worries! Rebooking is subject to availability and will be treated as a new fitting appointment. A new fitting fee must be paid to secure your new schedule, regardless of the reason for the previous appointment being missed or cancelled.

Your fitting appointment is only confirmed once the fitting fee has been paid. We encourage you to choose your schedule carefully, as fitting fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a rental fee.
